Michelle and I will be spending a week on vacation in Squatec, in the lower St. Lawrence, between Rivière-du-Loup et Edmunston.
Don’t worry, we’ll be training over there! We’re hoping to go for at least 3 runs, including our last 32K!

N’aillez crainte, nous allons faire notre entraînement là-bas! Nous prévoyons courir au moins 3 fois, y compris notre dernier 32 km.
